Deposit non refundable
Rescheduling not allowed after original appointment time passed. Deposit required again.
ANY APPOINTMENTS BOOKED AFTER 4:30PM WILL BE CONSIDERED EVENING TIME. DEPOSIT DOES NOT GO TOWARD YOUR HAIRSTYLE IF YOUR BOOKING AN EVENING APPOINTMENT
Late Policy
Late Fee of $20 Required after 15 minutes pass appointment time.
Appointment CANCELED after 20 minutes.
Appointment is canceled if you can’t communicate that you’re running late.

I don’t respond to dms or text Sundays/Mondays and holidays
Service may go over service time. Please do not book if you have other appointments, school or work scheduled right after your service time. I will not rush.
